At Roach's Roaster, we believe a good hog roast is about more than just delicious, slow-cooked pork. We take immense pride in providing top quality, tasty meat for your special occasion.
As well as the food, you and your guests will love the whole hog roast experience, a fun alternative to traditional catering. We also offer silverside beef, cured ham and turkey, or a combination of meats.
We're based at Chapel Farm in Hatherton, just outside Nantwich, run by Richard Roach with help from his wife Rachael. We've been feeding guests across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Staffordshire, Shropshire and North Wales since 1999.
Our pork is sourced from a local farmer in Marbury, Cheshire.
We cook each hog in a specially-designed oven at our farm for around 11 hours, checking the meat and its temperature every hour.
Everything is prepared by us and delivered piping hot and ready to serve.
